Founding partners Steve Cameron and Tony Spizzirri were hands on Directors, who’s hard work set the standard for their employees. Steve and Tony grew and maintained TLS Steelfixing into the steady and successful business it is today.


TLS Steelfixing employees have a combined experience of over 200 years within the industry. With over 90 full-time steel fixers currently employed, some of our leading hands have been with TLS Steelfixing since the very beginning. Hard work and determination is instilled in our employees as they are the ones who shape TLS. Our employees are extremely proud and passionate about our industry. Every employee is equipped with the knowledge, training and ability to learn not only reinforcement, but the whole construction of every project. Our experience, skill and ability to problem solve, is what sets TLS Steelfixing apart from our competitors within our industry.

Sadly, Tony Spizzirri passed away in 2015, but his legacy lives on. Delvina Spizzirri, Tony’s daughter, has taken over in his position as a company Director. Delvina and Steve are devoted to protecting, but also growing and expanding what Steve and Tony started back in 1995.


The company mission and aim is to keep all employees working, whilst providing safe, compliant and expceptional quality of work. Our focus is to maintain our leadership within the construction industry, and develop new skills and training which has always set TLS Steelfixing aside from its competitors.
